providing services for physically, emotionally, and sexually abused persons. Services provided
by RACS are: emergency shelter, food, and clothing; counseling for victims and families; and
referrals to appropriate agencies.

Operates homeless shelter and offers emergency food, clothing, rent and utility assistance, as well as character building programs for youth and adults, counseling and referrals. Also provides seasonal assistance. Eligibility: Shelter serves children (ages 0-18) and families in crisis (self-referral or Children’s Division referral); Child Advocacy Center is available to law enforcement, DFS, juvenile office and prosecuting attorney; counseling is open to any individual or family affected by child abuse.
